The University of Cambridge CanTest team is based in the Cancer Group at the Department of Public Health & Primary Care. A group of multi-disciplinary researchers whose research is focused on cancer screening, detection and early diagnosis, in community and primary care settings.

Cambridge CanTest Projects
Cambridge’s CanTest research focuses on developing strategies to detect symptomatic cancer earlier using biomarkers, technological devices, smartphones and clinical decision support. We aim to understand patient pathways, and to develop and evaluate interventions for GPs to use to improve the detection and diagnosis of cancer.
